Terms of Service

Last updated: March 22, 2026

The service

OnePush ("onepu.sh") is a static file hosting service that lets you publish web content via API. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you publish through OnePush. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the content you upload. By publishing, you grant us a limited license to store, serve, and cache your files as needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use OnePush to host content that is illegal, malicious, or harmful. This includes malware, phishing pages, content that infringes on others' rights, or anything designed to harass or deceive. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

Anonymous sites

Sites published without authentication are temporary and expire after 24 hours. We are not responsible for content loss on unclaimed anonymous sites. Claim your site within 24 hours to make it permanent.

API usage

API access is provided as-is. We may rate-limit or restrict access to maintain service quality for all users. Don't abuse the API with excessive requests, automated scraping of other users' content, or attempts to circumvent usage limits.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. OnePush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or downtime.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline and your data deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
